VSSJA flange dismantling expansion joint is consists of sleeve telescopic joint, short pipe flange, and fastener and used to connect flange with pipe welding.When installation, adjust the product two ends and pipe or flange installation length, opposite angle evenly tighten the gland bolts, then adjust limited nut, so the pipe can expand freely within the expansion range, locking the expansion amount, the safe operation of pipe.  

Structure of dismantling joint:

Dresser coupling dismantling joint  of Runtaida are made of cover,sleeve,gasket,limited device.Main material is carbon steel with a good stiffness performance.limited bolt and nut are made of galvanized carbon steel in order to slow the degree of oxidation.

Feature  of dismantling joint:

Flange dismantling expansion joint is make up of flange loose tube expansion joint and short of pipe flange and dowel screw components, can reduce the pressure of by fitting thrust and compensation pipeline installation error. It is mainly used for loose tube connection of pumps, valves and other accessories. It can deliver the fitting of a pressure thrust and error compensation pipes can’t absorb the axial displacement.
